Meet Chris, he has been between places for the last 3-4 years. He lived a normal family life in Colorado with his family then came out to AZ and got stuck. He feels the state should be giving more resources for housing with this new Urban Camping Law. In 5 years he see's himself with a Job and a solid place to stay.
