Instructions:
1. Sit down and relax with a straight spine
2. Exhale out your mouth and bend at your hips
3. Inhale through mouth up and arch your spine up with eyes open
4. Repeat this 7x - on the last inhale, arch your spine and squeeze your perineum and belly, and see the energy shooting up your spine to your third eye and hold for 7 seconds
5. Do three sets of 7
