The distorted modern portrayal of Jesus as an insipid, weak man who was all about “peace” and “love” requires the counterbalance of His ministry which is also about correction and judgment. The modern world prefers the "nice Jesus," yet He also displays righteous anger when appropriate and believers are called to be like Jesus. Watch and consider:

Consider also: One way to appropriately apply righteous anger against today's culture is to make your Biblically based position known in state and federal legislative. This is easily accomplished using sites like Washington State Legislature, https://leg.wa.gov/, to voice your support or opposition to a bill or initiative. Email your comments to your representatives or committee members for even more emphasis. Not in Washington? Every state has its own site. Thank you for using your voice in these important matters.
