Pre-Workout, Exercise & Gains On Keto! Is Low Protein REALLY Bad For Muscle? ex150 Diet, Days 7-10
What helps prepare for a workout on keto? Energy drinks? Fat? Honey?! How does a low protein approach to keto impact exercise and muscle? Is a high protein diet really necessary for maintaining or even growing muscle?
The premise is simple: 150g beef, 80g pasta sauce, 60g veggies... and unlimited heavy cream/saturated fat to satiety. Here's days 7, 8, 9, and 10 of my personal attempt to see how much fat I lose in 30 days.

My stack:
- 50-100mg Thiamine/B1 (Bulk Supplements) on the day I worked out
- 480mg Magnesium Glycinate (Pure Encapsulations) before bed
- 750 IU Vitamin E (IdeaLabs "TocoVit") twice weekly
- 2g Creatine HCL (BEYOND RAW) on the day I worked out
- 1,027.5mcg T4 (Levoxyl) total per week, daily dose of 137mcg plus another half dose once weekly
