Asinine Threats ARE SEDITION

The radical left is barreling headfirst into sedition and they’ve got their sights locked on taking out Donald Trump. The posts are too numerous, these unhinged zealots, cloaked in their progressive sanctimony, spewing threats to stop Trump’s triumphant return to the Oval Office by any means necessary, up to and including whispers of assassination. They’re not just protesting, they’re plotting, stoking the flames of chaos with every riot, every venomous word, hell-bent on shredding this nation apart to keep their globalist puppet masters in power. This is the age of Hyper-Sedition, speech and actions designed to ignite rebellion against the lawful authority of these United States, a crime against the Republic itself. President Trump shouldn't flinch, the American people know the score. Enough is enough. Threatening to kill the President of the United States is a specific federal felony under 18 U.S.C. § 871. This statute prohibits knowingly and willfully making any threat to take the life of, kidnap, or inflict bodily harm upon the President, President-elect, Vice President, or other officers next in the line of succession. The punishment is classified as a Class E felony (previously Class D, reclassified under modern sentencing guidelines), carrying a maximum penalty of up to 5 years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000, a $100 special assessment, and up to 3 years of supervised release.
