Bad People Orlando: inconsiderate woman pushes cart into Handicap Spot in front of senior care.

I have a lot of words but that aren’t YouTube safe. What are your thoughts on clowns who push carts into disabled parking spots and block people?

3. More of the budget option is the A229 Plus. Don't confuse this with the PRO however. This is dual 1440p model. This one does not have the 4k. I can't emphasize how much I prefer the 4K models with the newer Starvis sensors. This is perfect for a budget, but for license plates at night etc.. you won't get the clarity.
