56 years ago the US government instituted a lottery system with kids on drawn dates of birth to be sent to Vietnam. Many died. American didnt win that war. Dont be surprised if we see this again, many western armies are down in numbers. Germany has hinted at conscription for up to 60 year old with the coming war with Russia.
