Tomato Risotto Gratin - Simple Cooking

You can know how to cook both tomato risotto and tomato risotto gratin by watching this video. You can use the ingredients you already have in the refrigerator.

Ingredients: rice, tomato spaghetti sauce, cherry tomatoes, garlic (If you don't have, you can use minced garlic), bacon (You can use sausages or spam), shrimps, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese (You can skip it), parsley

How to make :
1) Cut garlic, bacon, shrimps and tomatoes into small size and fry them with olive oil.
2) Mix rice and spaghetti sauce in 1: 1 ratio (reduce the sauce by 2/3 if there are not much other ingredients)
3) Mix 1) and 2) and cook them together in a frying pan.
4) Turn off the gas and add a teaspoon of minced garlic (Add herbs or parsley if you have. I used the perilla leaves what I have in my refrigerator)
5) Move 4) to the bowl and put some cheese. Sprinkle with parsley on top and bake in a hot oven (210 degrees 6 minutes. If the temperature is low, you can do it longer until the cheese melts and becomes slightly brown)
