Stir-Fried Tuna and Kimchi with Rice-10 min Cooking-Simple Korean Cooking
It is really easy to make and very delicious. Do not skip meals and try to cook and eat a lot at home :)
Ingredients: Kimchi (sour and old Kimchi is common for cooking but you can still use normal Kimchi), Canned tuna, green onion, Toasted sesame seeds, Sesame oil, Egg
How to make
1) Cut Kimchi with scissors or knife into small pieces.
Squeeze the extra liquid of Kimchi.
2) Fry Kimchi in oil(or butter-It makes Kimchi less hot.) over medium heat, first
3) Add Tuna and Fry together.
4) Add Sesame oil (1 1/2 table spoons), Green Onions and Toasted sesame seeds and stir them together.
4) Put it on rice (I put rice on Fried Tuna and Kimchi in the video. It doesn't matter) and put egg on it.
