Dwaine eagerly points him to a high-powered speedboat already waiting in the water, boasting about its 300-horsepower engine and fiberglass hull. Jethro chimes in, raving about its speed and, more importantly, its ability to smuggle an impressive load of contraband. Tommy leaves them to check out the boats as Jethro, still caught up in the haze, asks if he has a light. Once in control, Tommy can take either the Squalo or Cuban Jetmax and begin the challenge. The task is simple—collect 26 packages scattered across Vice City’s waterways within two and a half minutes. Speed and precision are key, as navigating the tight turns and choppy waters is no easy feat. Successfully completing the run secures the Boatyard as a profitable asset, adding another stream of income to Tommy’s growing empire.
