Tommy visits Mitch Baker at the Greasy Chopper, finding him engrossed in a pinball game. Baker challenges Tommy to prove his worth by retrieving his stolen bike from a gang called the Streetwannabes. If Tommy pulls it off, Baker will provide security for Love Fist’s gig. Tommy tracks the bike to a heavily guarded compound behind Ammu-Nation. Whether by air or a daring rooftop jump, he infiltrates the area and steals back Baker’s Angel. The gang is immediately on his tail, chasing him down in their Gang Burritos. Tommy weaves through the streets, evading gunfire and roadblocks, before finally making it back to the Greasy Chopper. As soon as he arrives, Cougar grabs the bike and rides off, sealing Tommy’s place with the bikers.
