on 03/27/24, officer Martinez, with the Des Moines Police department, was on patrol when he came across a vehicle stopped at a green light around 1:30 A M. The Officer approached the Vehicle and observed a woman passed out at the wheel with her foot on the brake and the car still in drive. The woman is Blasting music that will be cut from the video.
