Rybar SMO Report 3-15-25

Rybar describes the difficult and slow process of liberating the Pokrovsk region from the occupation by the UAF. A straight forward approach to the city proper would endanger a vast sum of innocents because of the urban sprawl of the city. The strategy has for quite some time been to encircle the city to draw out the enemy when resupply and replacement are no longer an option. This may well be within reach now or very soon.
