Tommy Vercetti expands his empire further by purchasing Sunshine Autos, a car showroom that offers more than just high-end vehicles—it presents an opportunity for a lucrative import business. Upon arrival, Tommy meets BJ Smith, the former owner and ex-football pro. BJ reminisces about his investment in the dealership, though he admits business has been struggling. He hints that his staff resorted to "creative" methods to generate wealth, as a Sabre Turbo rolls down the ramp to the lower compound. Despite BJ’s offer to wind down the business—or even burn it down—Tommy reassures him that the place is already perfect. With a deal struck, Tommy takes control.

The Sunshine Autos Import Garage

Now under Tommy’s ownership, Sunshine Autos becomes more than a showroom—it transforms into a lucrative import/export business. Behind the main building, in the lower-level compound, the Sunshine Autos Import Garage operates as a side mission, requiring Tommy to deliver specific vehicles from four lists.

Each completed list unlocks a new reward vehicle inside the showroom and increases the daily revenue Sunshine Autos generates.

In addition to the Import Garage, the lower compound also features four two-car safehouse garages, a Pay ‘n’ Spray, and a Vice Street Racer checkpoint race marker.
