Is it worth the upgrade? I'll share my experience flying Philippine Airlines Business Class from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport To Mactan-Cebu. Up front, it's definitely worth it to me if there's not a huge price difference. It's about saving time and avoiding the crowds. The key benefits are the Fast Track lane (time saver) which zooms you through security and immigration, access to The Miracle Lounge (free beer), and obviously a first-class seat on board the aircraft (first to deplane so I was first in line at Philippines immigration).
