REDUCING GUN VIOLENCE?!?

Seems to me it may be a good way to "reduce gun violence" to be able to ask a Judge transfer the case of a 16 year old found in possession of a handgun (illegal) with the serial number removed (illegal) that they threatened someone with (also illegal) to adult court. No? My bad.
