A 5 Second Dwell Time While Resizing? Extreme Reloading Special Edition

While most of us resize cases using a standard up and down stroke of the reloading press, others allow the case to DWELL in the resizing die for 3-6 seconds. In this special edition of Extreme Reloading we compare these two resizing methods to learn which one produces more consistent results.
