Macron gets handsy with Zelensky

Zelensky and Macron have a very close relationship

I’ve seen this video from 2023 making the rounds again. It’s when Macron awarded Zelensky with the Order of the Legion of Honor. You can’t tell me this is in any way normal behavior between two leaders.
