Check out my worship fail from last week! LIVE! Can I learn anything from it?

I made a relatively big mistake at the culmination of a fabulous worship set last Sunday. I want to break it down and see if I could have avoided it by taking a deeper look at the lead, and find out how I can prevent these in the future.
