Disturbed child harassed me near South Beach. Clearly part of psyop (ASIO?) that includes MSM

This was recorded on Nov 29th 2024 (Black Friday). I was making a video of the scenic sunset and this kid came out of nowhere, abusing me for not giving consent to be filmed (I didn't even see him in the wider scene). I kept moving my camera away but he kept moving into shot. Then his carer/parent came over and apologized for his behaviour. I walked off and made this video but he pursued me as you can hear at the beginning and end of the clip. After that he followed me on his scooter for the next half hour, abusing me in a bizarre and disgusting way the whole time. Watch all the way to the end because you'll see that he throws branches at me from behind and shouts more abuse. (Also note the glove in my path, even visible in the screenshot above.) This is part of a deep state psyop being run by the Govt. MSM outlets like the ABC and the West Australian are part of it (scroll down for heaps of undeniable proof of this). If you're an Aussie taxpayer you are paying for evil creeps to use abused children as weapons in an ongoing psyop (10 months now and counting) to target an Australian citizen. Think of the ramifications of that.
