Dance with the Light of the Equinox

This meditation took place a few days before the Spring/ Fall Equinox. The energies have already been very intense and they were amplified during this meditation. Even though we are past that date, you can still tap into the energies in the exact same way.

I came up with this title because the Goddess helped us to connect with the energy of the Equinox in such a way that it felt like dancing! Everyone's life has been intense, and so much is going on that this meditation feels like we are making changes, but through dance, love, balance, and fun.
