There are 3 main aims of this course & they are as follows:

1. To train your body & mind to be fully accustomed to eating nothing but 100% real food, nothing processed. While following this diet system it is imperative that you avoid every food on the do not eat list. Over time this will become easy & you will even enjoy it. In fact, you will begin to crave these foods and will eventually lose all cravings for unnecessary, unhealthy foods.

2. To increase your vitality, vigor, spiritual & mental clarity, well-being, energy, confidence, and health. By eliminating all of the foods not allowed on this diet while simultaneously eating those which are, you certainly will evolve into a stronger & better version of yourself. We can consider these improved personal qualities as upgrades which improve the quality of our lives on every level.

3. To help align you with Arete. Arete is a Greek term that was used heavily by Stoic philosophers to describe moral excellence. I like to define Arete as living with virtue in all aspects of life. Arete is a way of living whereby we take personal responsibility for everything in our life including our health, how we communicate with others, finances, hygiene, etc. By living with Arete we stop making excuses and we start taking action. Eating well & caring for your health, as well as being conscious of the environmental impact of what you eat is one of the most powerful acts of Arete and over time it will transform your life. By taking care of your health & eating well you begin to cultivate arete.

EUDAIMONIA

In stoic philosophy, living with Arete is a prerequisite to attaining and living with Eudaimonia. Eudaimonia can be defined as flourishing, living well, or supreme happiness. It is a perfected state of health & wellbeing that we are meant to live in, yet fall short for various reasons, including poor health. By living with Arete we pave the road to attaining the perfect state of being, Eudemonia. Because dietary choices and what we eat directly and significantly affect the degree of Arete we cultivate on a daily basis, we must ensure that we practice moral excellence with our diet.

THE 3 PILLARS OF HEALTH

And as an eternal truth I say unto you, that there are three things which bring the end of civilization, even the mightiest that have ever been and shall ever be, from the beginning-less beginning to the endless end of all time: impure air, impure water, and impure food.” ~ Zend Avesta (3,000 BC)

In order to become healthy & stay healthy we must address the 3 pillars of health. By addressing the pillars & working with them we directly stimulate arete, the necessary vehicle which leadeth to eudaimonia.

The Pillars of health are as follows: Air, Food, & Water.

To be healthy, we have to improve the quality of air we breathe, water that we drink, & food that we eat. This is much easier than it may sound & the easiest way to get started is to purchase an air filter for your home. This will allow you to breathe clean air every time you are in your home & considering most Americans spend ⅓ of their lives indoors sleeping & another large majority of their lives indoors relaxing - this is an easy way to ensure that you are constantly breathing the cleanest air possible.

AIR: There are a handful of very high-quality air filters on the market & I suggest the Alexapure Breeze model. There are a handful of cheaper models on the market, but I have found this product to the best deal for the price.

WATER: Next up is water. Ensure that you are only drinking clean, filtered or distilled water. You will also want to purchase a shower filter for your shower. Although drinking clean water is imperative to good health, so is bathing in clean water. Showering in hot, unfiltered water is a sure-fire way to destroy your health. Breathing unfiltered tap water steam while showering will destroy the health of your lungs, damage skin, and attack your nervous system.

The third pillar of health is food. I have put together a list of the best foods for human consumption. These foods can be viewed in the Life Force Diet Mastery video. Due to the fact that I am limited to 5,000 characters for YouTube video descriptions, I am unable to list all the good foods & all of the bad foods.
