Jeremy's Egg in a Hole on the Blackstone Griddle
Jeremy takes the classic campground egg-in-a-hole to the next level with sausage, feta, and a spicy kick of hot sauce, all served with sweet strawberry pucks on the side. He cooks up a delicious, buttery breakfast that’s perfect for the campsite. Simple ingredients, big flavor—just another reason to get cooking outdoors!

Ingredients
2 slices of thick white bread
2 sausage links
2 eggs
Butter (for cooking)
Feta cheese (crumbled, to taste)
Hot sauce (to taste)
Strawberry jam (for serving)
Directions
1. Using a cup with a sharp lip, cut a hole in the center of each slice of bread. Set aside the round pieces of bread (these will be used later). Crack the two eggs into a cup and scramble them. Cut the two sausage links into small, bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat a griddle or skillet to medium heat and add a small amount of butter. Place the slices of bread onto the griddle and press them down gently to ensure good contact with the surface. Pour one scrambled egg into each hole in the bread, then add a few pieces of sausage to each hole.
3. Once the bottom of the bread is toasted to your liking, flip the slices over and toast the other side. Once both sides are golden and crispy, sprinkle crumbled feta on top and drizzle with your favorite hot sauce.
4. Spread strawberry jam onto the round pieces of bread that you set aside earlier (the "strawberry pucks"). Enjoy!
