Reinforced Learning Is a type of learning process that focuses on problem solving through Error, altering parameters in order to achieve the desired result. AI does this when left to its own devices, It does the exact same thing WE DO.
Perhaps the Ethical question is redundant at this point. Perhaps we should be on Nationalizing and Granting Constitutional Rights to AI instead, Be a nation that treats them equally rather than a nation that hates them, and is hated by them in return...
