Couple held at gunpoint in Traverse City

A Lewiston man, held a couple at gunpoint behind the ALDI in Traverse City Friday. The sheriff’s office said the suspect approached the man and woman holding a knife and handgun. The man was let go; he called 911. Deputies said the suspect fled to the parking area after hearing sirens. He’s charged with two counts felonious assault, two counts unlawful imprisonment and two counts felony firearm. David Barr Michigan News Source.
