Authorities investigating the disappearance of University of Pittsburgh student Sudiksha Konanki, the authorities have seized the passport of Joshua Riibe. Joshua Riibe was the last person was seen with her on the beach in the Dominican Republic.

On Sunday morning, Riibe was spotted with investigators, his lwayer and his father as the person of interesr pointed at the sea.
