GTA: Vice City - The Definitive Edition | Side Activities: OFF-ROAD CHALLENGES

This video demonstrates how to complete four off-road checkpoint challenges in GTA Vice City: Cone Crazy, PCJ Playground, Test Track, and Trial by Dirt.

Cone Crazy

This challenge is activated by entering a parked Stallion on the rooftop parking lot behind the Ocean View Hotel in Ocean Beach.

The goal is to collect all five checkpoints without knocking over any traffic cones. Collecting the first checkpoint starts the countdown timer. Initially, each checkpoint adds 12 seconds to the timer, but with each consecutive record set, this bonus decreases by 1 second until reaching a minimum of 6 seconds per checkpoint.

PCJ Playground

To start this mission, enter the parked PCJ 600 at the southern corner of the Standing Vice Point building in Vice Point, north of the Washington Beach Police Department.

The objective is to collect 24 checkpoints spread across rooftops, ramps, and tight spaces within two minutes. The countdown timer begins when the first checkpoint is collected.

Trial by Dirt

This mission is triggered by hopping on a Sanchez parked at the dirt track in Downtown.

Trial by Dirt is a two-lap checkpoint race with no time limit. The goal is to pass through all checkpoints without wrecking the bike or staying dismounted for too long. The track layout is the reverse of Test Track, which is activated by entering the Landstalker that spawns in place of the Sanchez.

Test Track

To begin this mission, enter the Landstalker parked at the dirt track in Downtown.

Test Track follows the same two-lap format as Trial by Dirt, with no time limit. The objective is to navigate through all checkpoints without exiting or destroying the vehicle. The track layout is the reverse of Trial by Dirt, which starts when entering the Sanchez that replaces the Landstalker.
