I quit Instagram for 30 days | small business owner | part 1

What can I tell you except IT FELT SO GOOD! After building my business beliving that the only way I can attract business is through social media this was a very welcome experiment.

In this video I share why I decided to leave instagram and some stats before quitting instagram and a vlog style report of my health and creativity not being on the app.

In part 2 we will discuss how the business was affected, what is actually going on in your brain when you are on social media and finally how I am navigating a more instagram-less existence.
