Kemp’s Immigration Push, Fani Willis Ruling, and Election Security Updates

Unfortunately our Labor Commissioner died from a battle with cancer several months ago. The governors have the privilege to appoint a new labor commissioner at noon. 
CDC office opens back up and will cause traffic in the area. 
Fani Willis violated Open Records Act judge rules that the office must pay more than $54000 in attorney’s fees and turn over documents it withheld for months in violation of GA Open Records Act. Will we finally see that she will be removed from office. This should be addressed. 
Kemp seeks approval for state law officers to enforce federal immigration law. NOW? This is after you know that the NGOs were processing the illegals in the Atlanta airport moving them through. 1100 officers will be trained under the program known as 287(G) to better assist in identifying and apprehending people in the US without permission who pose a public safety risk. Is Kemp turning? Is this going to be the Kemp that signs the legislation that changes the voting system in Georgia. This plan has been in place for some time for Kemp to participate in. 
Kemp eyes concessions as House vote nears on litigation proposal. This is a set up. They will take certain parts of bills and push them into other bills. There are people concerned with sex trafficking and a lot of people pushing back in the house. There is a hearing on this at 3pm today. The governor has made concessions to win over wavering House Republicans. The scope of changes are unclear. The bill is expected to hit the floor on Thursday. They are going to give you the impression that all these things are important in the House. Now the governor has said that he will call a special session. Bo Hatchett has put in an amendment in the Senate. Now if the House alters the bill it will have to go back to the Senate. If the house passes without changes it goes to the governor's desk. The house has to make it look like they are taking you seriously. Watch these deals happen. The parts of this bill that you want removed will get pushed into other bills. 
There will be a moment on removing the state of Georgia from the ERIC system. You have proven to the lawmakers that they don’t have a leg to stand on to get out of ERIC. Hopefully governor Kemp will sign it. Hopefully Brad Raffensperger will follow the law. WE have several laws that Brad Raffensperger doesn’t look at. We are trying to move the power from under the Secretary of State to the board of elections. If you have been working on election security it is very important to pay attention this afternoon. 
Remember that SB144 could not have come to the floor without Lt Gov Burt Jones. It has passed the House and Senate. All you can do is call the governor to veto.
