Yoga Sculpt | 35 Minutes

Join me for 35 minutes on the mat with some vinyasa flow to charge up the mind/body connectivity. Following that dynamic opening, we will move through 2 separate flows with our light weights; Challenging balance, coordination and strength all in one. This flow and sculpt targets all the major muscles of the body and will have you feeling energized and ready to jump into your day!
