Ukrainian Forces Crushed in Failed Breakout Near Sudzha Checkpoint

A Ukrainian Armed Forces column was destroyed near Sudzha on the Kursk Front while attempting to break out of encirclement.

With alternate routes lost and dirt roads becoming impassable, the exposed main road near the Sudzha checkpoint proved fatal.

The attempted escape took place along 8 March Street, adding a grim twist of irony to the event.
