The Ultra Mormon Manifesto

Talking about the paper that gave the channel its name. It is by Curtis Porrit and was written in 1999. It is called the Apostasy of the LDS Church. In this video we read the intro which talks about the problem and defines what an Ultra Mormon actually is.

The Ultra Mormon is not a TBM, the Ultra is not Anti. He's the secret level. He's the third option. The Ultra Mormon Position, as you sustain your leaders authority but acknowledge their short comings. You follow the prophet but your loyalty is to The Prophet.

I think its worth a read. If its something you worry about. Its nice feeling like other people have worried about a lot of the same things in the past for like the last 100 years at least. You can probably find it on Reddit or something if you google the name. But as far as I know its only accessible via the Wayback machine.
