The High Cost of Drunk Driving

Officers responded in relation to a vehicle rollover accident. The driver, who displayed signs of intoxication had already exited the vehicle when the officers arrived. He covered his mouth with his shirt while talking to the officers and refused to complete field sobriety tests. He also refused a blood draw so a warrant was obtained to do a forced blood draw.
