Test After Switching Computers In The Train Room

While attempting to steam from this computer earlier, the frame rate for all cameras was terrible. I went into Logi app to disable while using other apps to see if it would help. This issue only happens when trying to stream from the web based Rumble Studio. Recordings made with other apps come out fine.
