Original Winchester 1895 made for the Imperial Russian military during WWI. Chambered in 7.62x54R and adapted at the factory to take Mosin stripper clips.

These rifles would see heavy use in WWI with units from border regions like Finland, the Baltic States, and Czechoslovakia. Most would then go on to see service in the Russian Civil War, the Czech Legion's long journey across Russia, the Spanish Civil War, and/or the Winter War.
