During our 9 hour property cleanup, we noticed an old man slowly approach down the street admiring our work. When he came to a complete stop just past the truck, we heard a bang and wondered what had happened. The old man got out of his vehicle. We decided to investigate. Turns out that the neighbor across the street was backing out and didn't see his car. He ran right into his car, creating a large dent in his car's quarter panel. Who is at fault here? Let us know!
