The American political system continues to churn and whir with President Donald Trump at the helm, and seemingly without any input from him - the Democrats are unable to put up any kind of resistance.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has drawn scathing rebukes from fellow Democrats for voting with Republicans on Trump’s spending Bill and there are now questions about the legitimacy of Joe Biden’s pardons, given his state of mind when he signed them. A lot of liberals don’t seem to want to fight anymore, leaving the ones that do with an even greater obstacle to climb.

For a discussion on current US politics, Piers Morgan speaks to the host of Part of the Problem Dave Smith, author of Bad News and Second Class Batya Ungar-Sargon, author of Salty Politics newsletter on Substack Julie Roginsky and host of the Gaines for Girls podcast Riley Gaines. Then, Piers turns to former NATO Supreme Allied commander General Wesley Clarke for an update on the war in Ukraine.
