Screen compost

How do we screen our compost and why?

Well we're fossil fuel free so it's all by hand and is just really to make sure no fruit stickers make it into our finished compost.

We upcycled two old bike rims and some wire mesh, which roll on caster wheels screwed to old scaffold boards.

Slow and steady wins the race, and we're especially gentle so as to look after our previous microbes.
