Russia doesn’t need this European JUNK - Sergey Karaganov

After 1991, NATO should have been dissolved because its mission was over; yet, it presumed to expand its power, waging war in Serbia, in Libya, in Afghanistan and betraying its promise not to expand one inch from the border of Germany. It is indeed true. The best outcome of the current kinetic phase of this war which has been ongoing for twenty-seven years is for the Ukraine to capitulate and for NATO, now a mere shell and shadow of itself, to dissolve.
