This law gives the President the right to repel any type of invasion.

Obama-appointed Judge James Boasberg issued an order Saturday (March 15th, 2025) halting President Donald Trump's rapid deportation of Venezuelan gang members,

President Trump is asking for the impeachment of Boasberg.
Supreme Court Justice Roberts issued a rare statement:

""For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision," Chief Justice John Roberts said in a statement.

Chief Justice John Roberts appointed Boasberg to be presiding judge of the FISA court after Judge Rosemary Collyer’s term was over.
