Say affirmations in the present—own it, believe it!

Affirmations work best when you say them the right way. Stop saying “I don’t want to be stressed”—your mind still hears “stressed.” Instead, say “I am calm and in control.” No more “I will be successful”—that’s just pushing success into the future. Say “I am successful and opportunities flow to me.” Keep it positive, present, and believable—because if even you don’t buy it, why should the universe?
