"The Sixth Finger"
The episode follows Gwyllm Griffiths (David McCallum), a bitter coal miner who volunteers for an experiment conducted by scientist Professor Mathers. The experiment accelerates human evolution, transforming Gwyllm into a hyper-intelligent being with an enlarged brain and telekinetic abilities. However, as his intellect grows beyond human comprehension, he becomes increasingly detached and dangerous.
