Gun Shot from Apartment Next to Mine.

A Shady-looking character fired a pistol from the entryway. Called police. They came and got videos from me but no arrest as they wouldn't answer the door when police knocked. There is nothing new with that, they never answer the door. Guy had a Blue Bandana and we know what that means.
