South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson says Congress should use the power of the purse to rein in rouge judges. “The American people have the right to have the three branches of government in equal check with one another so that we don’t have this totalitarian regime that you’ve seen in the administrative state that has been supported by the judiciary for so many years,” he says.
