Representative Walt Blackman to Hold News Conference on HB2030, the Master Sergeant Orlando Dona Valor Act

STATE CAPITOL, PHOENIX – State Representative Walt Blackman will hold a news conference this Wednesday to discuss HB2030, the Master Sergeant Orlando Dona Valor Act, which was unanimously passed in the Arizona House. The legislation strengthens penalties for fraudulent claims of military service or honors, ensuring those who falsely claim veteran status to gain an advantage face real consequences.
Representative Blackman, a decorated U.S. Army combat veteran who served in both Iraq and Afghanistan, will be joined by other veterans and advocates supporting the legislation.
