Ferry Gondolas - Reasonings:
Ideal:
* Isolated in halted state not near an entry station
* In a major city or near what used to be civilization
* High elevation or close to water

Pros:
* As Zombie proof as possible. Sleep easy.
* Great visibility
* Depending on the size, comfortable for a group of people

Cons:
* Cities can be a nightmare for sighting zombie hords
* High visibility to other humans who might not be so "nice"
* Not easy to get in and out to the gondola
