♦️What is a mental movie?

Dr. Joe Dispenza says about mental movies:

We use mental movies to program our subconscious mind on our desired goal, depending on what people want to create in their lives, they watch a movie about their future.

People watch mental movies that contain images, special texts and information several times a day to help them achieve their goals.

Their desire may be to heal a disease, strengthen the immune system, create a new job, achieve new opportunities, travel to different parts of the world, achieve abundance, find a life partner, achieve spiritual experiences, etc.

The purpose of mental movies is to remind people that they can fulfill their dreams, create non-material things and be supernatural, the goals of mental movies can be summarized as follows:

2 - Programming the conscious and unconscious mind to create a new future

3 - Changing the brain and body so that the future seems to have already happened.
