Malachi 31- Why is nobody helping us?

Update with Malachi 31 ond has been on the streets since he was 8 and ran away from a group home after CPS took him from his mother's home in Colorado, his grandmother took him to AZ to try and start over but he then did 15 years in the AZ Department of Corrections. He has tried to get medical housing for over 6 years but has failed. Hear his update here:
