Access Denied While Searching For Missing Person Robert Helphrey..

We never expected to run into this situation while working on a missing person case. We searched 4 ponds in the area for Robert Helphrey only to be denied access to one of the main ponds that needed searching! This water treatment plant was the closest body of water near where Robert's cell phone last pinged the night he went missing on May 22, 2006.
