Does the Northwest portion of America still have law enforcement?

In the video below, Hannah R. McClintock, a 19-year-old ANTIFA member was arrested after she decided to enact violence on demonstrators at a #HimToo rally in Portland. She also spat on them too which was captured in the video below.

The #HimToo rally organized by Haley Adams, a conservative was created to bring national awareness to the sexual victimization and false accusations directed at men across the country. Of course, protesters such as ANTIFA showed up at this protest to yield hate terms and rabid actions but the members of the #HimToo rally seemingly kept their cool to a point.

The Portland Police Bureau put out a press released that said: "McClintock was arrested near Southwest 3rd Avenue and Southwest Taylor Street. McClintock was lodged at the Multnomah County Jail on a charge of Harassment."
